Matthew J. Rezac

I help people own their truth, act with love,
and live in alignment.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness reconnected me to my truth after years of making myself foggy.

It helped me see how far out of alignment I had become.

Soon I realized mindfulness transcends stress reduction, connecting us with vital information in our bodies, emotions, intuition, and beyond. This open-hearteed awareness, when balanced with logic, creates a way of knowing and being that clarifies our best action in the heat of our most challenging moments.

It's a game changer, the one thing I wish I could teach every human being.

wealth

I've often ended up in the context of material wealth, without being of it myself.

There, I have seen great isolation, hurting, and misdirected ambition.

Many people with means and influence are often suffering. This is tragic for them, and us all. When those with material wealth truly love themselves, it eases their souls, heals their families, and improves their choices that ripple far into the world.

Unfortunately material wealth can obscure this wisdom path. I've been trying to help, believing this is a direct, unexplored route to solutions for the many systemic problems we face.

creativity

I'm a creative person, as I bet you are. I poured many years into painting, which I loved. But it was not to be my lifelong practice.

Always there, in the corner of the room, was my guitar.

I finally admitted I have a deep longing to create and share music. I returned to songwriting in my 40s. Since then, I've been confronted with painful stage fright, feelings of inadequacy, embarrassment, disappointment, etc.. I've chosen not to run from these difficult experiences because my inner voice matters. This has been a great middle age apprenticeship.

Songwriting is a path of becoming for me. I've written some good tunes too. Keep your ears open.

nature's design

Much of my life and work has focused on one question, "how to create positive, lasting change?"

I'm a very practical person. If ideas don't make a difference, I don't think they're that insightful after all.

Living systems design has proven to be a remarkable guide for creating lasting change. Its principles apply to one's personal life, families, organizations, communities, and beyond.

I am forever grateful to my mentor Dr. Kathleeen Allen, who I was fortunate to learn alongside as practitioners in this beautiful craft.

I would appreciate your donation or subscription. Creating content takes time. Many people have told me, “you’re so good with words, you should be a writer!”

Sometimes I wish that, instead, they could observe, “you’re such an attention-starved loud mouth, you're gonna be rich!”

But alas.
